Thor holds master’s degrees in both economics, strategy, change, IT and knowledge management.

He loves to work with sustainable and human-oriented innovation programs for cities and communities. He often says that we have many solutions, but what we really need is more people with an operative mindset and capability.

Marcus Lind Nerhoel

Co-Founder

Marcus holds a bachelor in international & intercultural communication. He is an expert in sustainable solutions, working with smart cities & communities in research institutes and science parks since 2007.

He is passionate about finding new ways to collaborate and build concepts, business models and cross-sector networks that can make the world a better place.

Bernt holds a Ph.D. in applied artificial intelligence and an M.Sc. in mechanical engineering from NTNU. He is Professor of Smart Cyber-Physical Systems and Applied AI at UiT The Arctic University of Norway. 

With more than 25 years of experience in decision support, AI, and knowledge management, Bernt has led projects in energy systems, smart grids, and digital innovation. His expertise spans artificial intelligence, computational linguistics, and ICT solutions for sustainable development.
